7.     Practice Mindfulness: Mindfulness involves being fully present in the moment and accepting your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It can be helpful in reducing anxiety. There are several mindfulness apps available that can guide you through mindfulness exercises.      

8.     Reach out: Speak to friends, family members, or a mental health professional for support. Remember, managing anxiety takes time and practice. Don't be discouraged if you don't see immediate results. Keep practicing these techniques and be patient with yourself. With time and effort, you can learn to manage your anxiety and live a fulfilling life.
