We will need to arrange a time for a 15 minute phone call to discuss your needs (this is free of charge). During the phone call, you can give me a brief outline of what is bringing you to counselling so that I can check if I am the right counsellor to work with you.
You can also ask questions about how I work to help you decide if you would like to work with me. My counselling room is located in Northbourne, Bournemouth.

Following the call, you are not obligated to book a session. However, if I am able to offer you a mutually acceptable date and time to start your counselling sessions, I will endeavour to hold the session time for 72 hours if possible.
