1. How much will this cost?Fees will be discussed in your first session.
2. What does confidentiality mean?Confidentiality means we will not discuss you or your case with anyone else apart from our supervisor and even then your full details will not be given.
3. How many sessions do I need?We work with a client for a minimum of 6 sessions but each case is treated individually depending on the issue or problem. Counselling is a journey which the client and counsellor go on together and together they find the best way forward for the client. After 6 sessions the client and the counsellor discuss the relationship and review the progress made. If you decide that you need more sessions or if you have had enough you can end the relationship.
4. Who goes for counselling?Anyone with a need to talk and explore any issues they may have. There is no such thing as a typical client. Everyone is treated as an individual.
